Blood Drive   The Blood Assurance Program sponsors blood drives twice yearly to assure the life-sustaining needs of all parishioners.
     
Council of Catholic Women (CCW)   The Council of Catholic Women known as the CCW is open to all women who subscribe to the Mission Statement of the Council to promote sanctification of its members and to provide apostolic service. Meetings are held monthly featuring ecumenism, charity, speakers and socials.
     
Men's Fellowship   The Men’s Fellowship Group meets every third Thursday of the month, September to May. Each meeting begins with greetings and sharing of personal lives. The meeting then proceeds with breaking open the scripture readings and a discussion about how the readings affect our lives. In addition a men’s retreat is held in the fall. New members are always welcome.
     
Phoenix Group   A support group for the separated, divorced and widowed meets to lend understanding and comfort to each other through spiritual, informational and social activities. The group meets on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in Prairie Room A.
     
Food Pantry   9300 W. 47th, Brookfield. Food Distribution most Mondays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Donations are always welcome.
     
Women’s Group   The Women of St. Barbara join together on the third Tuesday of each month to break open scripture, learn about Catholic doctrine, share our faith lives and pray together.
     

Sacristans


  Dedicated staffs of volunteers share the responsibility of maintaining the sacristy.Their duties include: light housdkeeping, laundering of altar linens, decorating and cleaning for special Holy Days, maintaining the holy water fonts, sewing Baptismal robes, and preparing the Sanctuary for weddings, funerals, and baptisms.
     
Youth Ministry   This ministry is being formed for the youth of our parish.
